Our customers can exchange goods or make a return within 14 working days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or used, with the tag on and in its original packaging.
How to make a return?
You have to send an e-mail to email@example.com . If the return is accepted, we will send you information on how and when to send your parcel. In the absence of the requirements and/or data listed above, we will not be able to proceed with the exchange of the goods. Parcels returned without our consent will not be accepted.
It will be necessary to insert a written note inside the package with the NAME and SURNAME and PHONE NUMBER of the person who placed the order.
The return costs are charged to the customer.
How do I receive my refund?
We will inform you once your return has been received and inspected whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded the amount via the payment method you used. Remember that the refund may take some time to process and post depending on your bank or credit card.
Can I exchange my product?
To change your garment quickly, you can make a new purchase after making the return request.
