Our tips for taking care of your clothes and making them last over time.
Pre-Wash Preparation
Before washing, gently remove any pills that may form—this is a natural characteristic of the fiber and can be managed with a dedicated fabric comb. For our 100% merino wool products, we use combed yarns, which are naturally more resistant to pilling.
Wash
Follow the instructions on the care label. We recommend hand washing in cold or lukewarm water (never above 30°C) with a mild, wool-specific detergent. Soak for a few minutes; do not rub or wring, and rinse gently.
If machine washing, select the wool/delicates cycle and use a protective mesh laundry bag. Set a gentle spin.
Dry
After washing, remove excess water by rolling the garment in a towel. Lay it flat to dry, away from heat sources and direct light. Avoid frequent washing; instead, air the garment to prevent odors.
For stains, use gentle products rather than harsh stain removers, and do not rub the surface to avoid excessive pilling.
