Shipping Policy

Where do you ship?

Tenné currently ships to Europe, the United Kingdom, the USA & Canada. Shipping is free on orders over €200; within Italy, shipping is always free.

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at your chosen address (home, office, etc.—no P.O. boxes).

Do you provide a tracking number before shipping?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Courier delivery is fast—typically 24–48 hours within Italy (48–72 hours for the islands). For other European countries, delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends.

Note: We ship according to the timelines above, but occasional delays may occur due to extraordinary circumstances such as courier errors, strikes, or incorrect customer information.

How can I change my shipping address?

If your order was shipped to the wrong address, please email us at info@mants.it.

Return Policy

How long do I have to make a return?

Our customers may request an exchange or return within 14 business days from the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

How do I make a return?

Email info@mants.it. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and when to ship your package. If the above requirements are not met, we cannot process an exchange. Parcels sent without our authorization will not be accepted. Please include a note inside the package with the full name and telephone number of the person who placed the order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How will I receive my refund?

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Can I exchange my product?

Second Life Program

How does the Second Life Program work?

Fill out the form to receive a free assessment and restore your garments to their former glory. You’ll receive recommendations within 3–4 days. For any questions, write to info@mants.it.

Can I have any item repaired?

No, the service is available exclusively for Tenné garments purchased online.

How should I prepare the garments for shipment?

For shipments originating in Italy, please pack your garments securely in a box and clearly label it with the sender and recipient addresses we will provide when you select the service.

You may choose any courier; just inform us of the selected carrier and share the tracking number.

Where are my garments shipped, and who handles the repairs?

Our skilled craftswomen handle all repairs and reconditioning. Shipped garments are delivered to our knitwear mill in Durazzano.

Is the service free of charge?
