Can I have any item repaired?
No, the service is active exclusively for Tennè items purchased online.
How do I prepare my items for shipping?
For parcels leaving Italy, be sure to pack carefully
Pack your items in a box, noting the sender and recipient addresses, which we'll provide when you select the service. You can choose any courier; just provide the name and tracking code.
Where are my items shipped and who handles repairs?
Our skilled craftsmen handle all repairs and reconditioning. The shipped garments arrive at our knitwear factory in Durazzano.
Is the service free?
You'll contribute a small fee to cover shipping and materials. After completing the form, you'll receive an estimate based on the item's condition.
