Tenné is the fruit of the natural evolution of a 40-year history, the story of a family-run knitwear factory in the Benevento area now in its third generation. In fact, in January 2022, four millennials with different backgrounds decided to celebrate the past, returning to a small town of two thousand inhabitants and creating a women's knitwear brand, in which the knitwear factory is no longer just behind the scenes, but expresses itself in first person with quality knitwear and Made in (south of) Italy.
TRANSPARENCY AND WORKING ETHICS: our garments are entirely made and finished internally by fantastic people (including Nonna Antonia who at 80 still doesn't miss a beat!). We believe in always doing the right thing and finding the best ways to produce the products we love. From local suppliers to manufacturing processes, everything is of the highest possible quality without compromising ethics.
QUALITY AND SUSTAINABILITY: We choose quality yarns and no material is wasted during our production processes and beyond! We understand that no clothing brand can be 100% sustainable, but we do absolutely everything in our power to use the materials in every single product we produce.
FAMILY: In addition to honoring our roots, we enjoy working in a healthy environment, creating a working ecosystem more like an extended family. After all, in small realities like ours, being just a number is unthinkable. The hands in the photo, for example, are not just hands, they are Antonietta's, an exceptional woman who has been working in the knitwear factory for almost 20 years..
Tenné aims to become the first choice of women's knitwear, dedicating itself to all women who value quality as much as the production processes and the history of the garments they wear.
