• Where do we ship?

Tenne' currently ships to Europe, UK, USA & Canada.
Shipping is free for orders over 200 euros, while for Italy it is always free.

• Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at the chosen address (home, office, etc. - no post office box).

• How long does it take for the order to arrive?
Delivery times, by courier, are very fast (normally 24-48 hours, islands 48-72 hours for the Italian territory).
Instead for European territories from 5 to 10 working days depending on the country.
The order is processed in 1-2 working days excluding weekends.

NOTE: Our orders are fulfilled based on the above information, but sometimes there may be delays due to extraordinary circumstances such as courier errors, strikes and customer misinformation.

• Do you provide a tracking number before shipping?

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will be updated with an email containing your order tracking number.
